WHOLE HOME ASSESSMENT

Know What Your Home Needs — Before Small Problems Become Expensive Ones

A Whole Home Assessment gives you a clear, prioritized understanding of your home's condition, maintenance needs, and potential problem areas. We evaluate the home using a defined 140+ point checklist and help you understand what matters now, what can wait, and what to plan for next.

What We Assess

Our assessment covers the major systems and components of your home, including the roof, gutters and drainage, foundation, exterior envelope, attic, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors and windows, appliances, landscape conditions, pest risks, energy efficiency, and safety items.

What You Receive

We document our findings, identify areas that deserve attention, and prioritize them so you can make informed decisions about maintenance, repairs, and future planning. We walk through the findings with you and explain your options without selling unnecessary work.

Independent Homeowner Guidance

Whole Home Advocate is designed to represent the homeowner's interests. We are not a home inspection company and this service is not a real estate inspection for a buyer or seller. When licensed specialists are required, we help you identify and coordinate the appropriate professionals.

Whole Home Assessment Pricing

The one-time Whole Home Assessment is $595. Homeowners who choose an ongoing Whole Home Advocate plan receive recurring visits, maintenance guidance, vendor coordination, and additional support.
